Dmytro Boyarchuk, CASE Ukraine`s Executive Director, appreciates the Ukrainian government`s cancellation of regulatory documents in the field of doing business. He said this in comments to Deutsche Welle.
enter for Social and Economic Research CASE Ukraine`s Executive Director Dmytro Boyarchuk believes that the cancellation of even rudimentary regulation is positive, because the regulatory authorities can always use meaningless rules to put pressure on business. However, he adds, that one cannot expect an investments boom and a breakthrough in the Doing Business ranking.
