n June 2, 2012 a roundtable Euro Village 2012 was held, in which the expert and board member of the Center for Social and Economic Research CASE Ukraine Vladimir Dubrovsky made a presentation on "European approaches against "European" norms".
Mr Dubrovsky stressed that under the new political and economic views, Ukraine should worry about the implementation of fundamental European principles such as competition and free market access in the first place, rather than try to mechanically “harmonize” laws. It is often the same formal rules that are working differently in the developed countries (in state structure with an “open access”) and in the rest of the world (in state structure with a “limited access”).
