After a year of deep recession, the banking sector has finally begun to slowly revive.
But the system still faces serious problems, mostly due to the newly-nationalized banks. The institutions already received state support which could be enough to recover the entire banking sector. However, no results have been observed so far. The losing-money institutions are an important mechanism for bleeding the budget.
