Policy Paper by Marek Dabrowski “Perspectives of Capital Account Liberalization in Ukraine” is now available

The author analyzes shortcomings of the existing capital account regulations in Ukraine and international experience of capital account liberalization followed by recommendations for Ukraine. The paper was prepared within the project Task Force on Economic Reform Strategy, operating under the Blue Ribbon Commission Analytical and Advisory Center.
