Rethinking transport privileges in Ukraine in light of international experience (UKR)

The report examines the experience of reforming the system of transportation privileges in some CIS and Central and Eastern European countries. The international experience has been analyzed in order to draw conclusions and recommendations for Ukraine which lags behind other countries in reforming its social assistance system and still retains many privileges that are granted upon social and professional characteristics of the beneficiaries. The paper presents the options of reforming the system of transportation privileges in Ukraine.
