Improving of mechanism of privileges provision (UKR)

The system of privileges in Ukraine is associated with a lot of problems and needs reforming. The presentation refers to opportunities for such reformation. It provides an overview of international experience in transforming privileges into targeted social assistance and / or their provision upon the means-test of the recipients, as well as recommendations for changes in the system of privileges of Ukraine.
