CASE Ukraine`s CEO Dmytro Boyarchuk commented to the ‘Den’ newspaper on how deregulation of the land market provides an opportunity to attract foreign investment.
‘Ukraine may postpone such reforms as improving targeting in providing subsidies, while the land reform, in my view, cannot be put off longer. The introduction of the land market is the most realistic among all necessary, but very difficult in the political sense reforms. Against the background of the energy injury, which the people received after the tariff increase, to start the pension system means to commit a political suicide’, said Dmytro Boyarchuk.
