Senior Economist of CASE Ukraine, Volodymyr Dubrovsky has commented to the Deutsche Welle on the Government`s striving to lay in the 2017 budget`s draft raising of the social standards.
As the expert of CASE Ukraine says, improving social standards is only possible when the government will carry out swift reforms. ’One need to raise social standards alongside with necessary reforms, particularly in the medical field, education and public service, accompanying it with a reduction of personnel and inefficient institutions’, claims the senior economist at the Center for Social and Economic Research CASE Ukraine, Volodymyr Dubrovsky.
