Civil and Economic Codes of Ukraine: analisys and recommendations for improvement

The work presents a short review of contemporary civil laws of Ukraine. In the result of analisys the authors have come to the conclusion that Ukraine has two different codes regulating the same relations. This fact represent the major difference between the law sistem of Ukraine and the one of developed countries.
