At the beginning of June media circulated reports of sensational negotiations between once-sworn enemies Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and Party of Regions opposition leader Viktor Yanukovitch.
This was alleged to be coupled with plans for a constitutional reform to transform Ukraine into a full-fledged parliamentary republic. Then suddenly it was over. The declared attempt for “improvement of people life” appeared to be just another stage of political game.
