Starting April new tendency in economy has been observed. At the background of volatile external market metal prices were reported to go down somewhat.
Though the trend is not clear so far, already by the end of April industry declined sharply to 4.9% after 8.0% a month ago. At the meantime the reform activities have slowed noticeably: in view of many failures the ruling party took a time out to revise its action plan.
