Agriculture Income Assessment for the Purpose of Social Assistance: the Case of Ukraine (UKR)

The report gives an overview of current system of assessing household agriculture incomes for social assistance granting purposes in Ukraine and the analysis of relevant international experience. Four groups of recommendations for the Government of Ukraine on improving the methods of household agro-income estimation are presented: general proposals, long-term, short-term and minimal solutions.
