Overview of current procedures of social assistance provision in Ukraine (UKR)

The report presents the description of procedures of granting, computing, and paying out means-tested social assistance as of end 2010. The description of current procedures is aimed at the arrangement of available information as well as the critical assessment of both procedures and documents required to be submitted, and seeking improvement possibilities. The analysis discovered improvement opportunities existing practically at all the stages of social assistance provision.
