Traditionally analytical centers run monitoring of important policy decisions on regular basis; however, only limited pool of narrow experts understand in details the difference between what should have been done and what in fact have been done. At this context political players can easily manipulate with public opinion or just disorient citizens. In view of that CASE Ukraine starts a pilot project, which presumes delivering friendly analytical products to the wide audience (instead of traditional audience of decision-makers). The ambitious task of the experiment is to equip citizens with simple instruments for objective assessment of the policy quality (disregard of the decision-makers’ political affiliation).
The project is funded by Open Society Institute.
