This year, 96% of employers increased their employees’ salaries

Companies’ plans for 2026

Businesses place the main emphasis on increasing salaries – this is planned by 94% of companies. In particular, 28% of companies expect growth within 11-15%, 23% – by 5-10%, 10% – by 16-20%. 36% of companies aim to increase the number of employees in 2026, 55% – do not plan changes, 9% – plan reductions. 17% of companies reported redistribution of functions towards multifunctionality. Regarding the possibility of introducing a four-day work week, 84% of companies do not yet plan to implement such changes and only 2% are considering such an option. For 14%, this is impossible due to the specifics of the work.

Despite the difficult situation in the country, business is quite optimistic about the plans. As we can see, there is a lot of work, the private sector is raising salaries. In fact, it is the main hope for the country’s recovery.
