He graduated from Academy of Customs Service of Ukraine with a degree in Legal Studies and the Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade with a degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activity. He was employed by customs authorities and the Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He is responsible for legal support of reforms in the area of foreign economic activity, customs policy and currency regulation.
