On May 2-3, Geneva (Switzerland) hosted The Growth Summit held by the World Economic Forum.
Dmytro Boyarchuk, executive director of CASE Ukraine, took part in the summit. CASE Ukraine is a regional partner of the World Economic Forum. The Growth Summit is a global strategic session for leaders of the world’s largest corporations, where corporations and governments discuss global growth issues, new trends, and strategic threats worldwide.
On the summit’s agenda were artificial intelligence and the impact on employment and retraining needs in connection with this new trend. Also, one of the topics of the event was the discussion of the consequences of the war in Ukraine and the risks of fighting inflation, which is intensifying on the part of the key central banks of the planet. CASE Ukraine was the only representative of Ukraine at the event of the World Economic Forum.
Dmytro Boyarchuk held a series of meetings with the participants of The Growth Summit. In particular, the situation in Ukraine and potential cooperation on post-war reconstruction and solving the migration problem were discussed with representatives of the analytical community.
